I was overall happy with my purchase. I work at some of the loudest music venues around, Phish and Bassnectar. The EarDial plugs worked as described, BUT I had to constantly adjust them by pressing them back into my ear canal because the plug would slowly overtime slide out during the 5 hours I wore them. I cleaned them and my ears to make certain both were dry during the show. These shows are 3 nights each, so I got a good idea of their performance. In the end I've decided to give them a 3. My ears were not ringing after arriving home. They will not stay in place after about an hour. Yes they work, but having to keep pressing them back in is annoying. Because if this I probably will not use them for my next show. Lastly the case. The little and I mean little aluminum storage tube is too small. Another quarter to half inch in length will fix that problem EarDial EDIT: Jesús Carrera - EarDial Founder reached out to me and suggested I trim off some of the outer flange area that was bothering my ears and making them slid out. I did and it made a (silent) world of a difference. They now stay in and are extremely comfortable. Trimming off a minute amount of the outer flange area worked. I'm very happy that he is reading our reviews, and that will make a great products even better.
