I ordered the shoes because I need a new pair of work shoes. Upon receipt I noted the uppers were made of a stretchy woven mesh material, so I couldn't wear them for work ... Bottoms are skid resistant. After trying them on, I discovered I could wiggle my toes & move my feet --- nonrestrictive. Yes! No breaking in period necessary. Good to go out of the box. Definitely keepers as everyday walk-around shoes with or without socks. Comfy & Cute. Now I'm off to find similar feeling work shoes with leather uppers ...
