Very disappointed. The product worked very well for 9 days, just long enough to discard the packaging needed to send it back. Included in the packaging was a replacement fuse, but there were no directions included in the enclosed packaging material for how to change it out, in, indeed, that was the problem. I'll just buy my next dongle at Walmart, where at least I can exchange/return it if needed. Edit: I received an email the day after I posted the original review from them, unsolicited. They happily and speedily sent me a new one, also unsolicited, and it has been working perfectly for a couple of weeks now. Excellent customer service!!
