TIP: When you build this bookcase, keep in mind that THE BACK PANELS NEED TO BE IN THOSE SLOTS and you can't really push them in from behind when all the board pieces are together, so AS you're building it, slide in the back panels and then continue putting it together. Don't be like me and wait until the last minute to realize this. Also, don't forget to tighten the cam screws. Anyway, the assembly took about 75 minutes and I did it by myself. (Screwing by hand takes awhile when you're a weakling like me.) The instructions were fairly straightforward and I had no missing parts. I skipped the last part about putting in the corner braces since there were no guide holes to help me. (It's optional anyway.) I placed mine on its side since it works better for my space that way. I'm worried the shelves will sag over time from the weight of my books, but I figure it'll take a few years before it becomes noticeable. I don't intend to put too many books on the shelves in any case. Overall, this was a good purchase.
