On the bright side, it worked well for a while once we figured out to put plastic wrap over the press (don't even bother without plastic wrap, it sticks and doesn't get very flat). Unfortunately, the handle broke after just a few uses, so now it's fairly worthless. I expected better from Victoria, but I'll write to them to see if they'll fix it and update if I get a response. Update: The customer service was VERY responsive and immediately sent out a replacement arm. Unfortunately, the piece of the current arm is stuck in the press, so they went ahead and sent me a replacement press too. Very happy with customer service, now let's hope for better results from the new product.
