Some of the Pros are they are comfortable, they are soft, they come in travel containers. These will help keep the plugs clean. I tested these Ear Plugs by taking a shower to see if they help from keeping my inner ear from getting water. I have what they call "swimmers ears" which when my ear gets water I sometimes get ear infections which can hurt at times. These plugs did keep my ears from getting wet. They were easy to put in and easy to take out. I also slept with them on and it helped my sleeping because i didn't hear any noise. This will be useful if you have a partner that snores. The Cons I believe is that the user guide for the ear plugs does say you can cut the ends of the plugs for night time slept but I didn't as I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get them out. However, this might not be due to the plugs themselves but my own fears. They were somewhat comfortable to sleep with however I did feel them. I would recommend these as a product to purchase and use.
