This is the second earthing sheet I have purchased. The first one I bought 6 months ago was a half sheet. I wanted to give it a try before purchasing a more expensive sheet. My husband and I do feel like we sleep better and have fewer body aches when we get up. Recently, we noticed we weren't sleeping as well. When I laundered our bedding I discovered our sheet had come unplugged. If that wasn't proof to us, then nothing would be! I decided then to purchase the larger sheet. I'm so glad I did! It just about fits over our entire queen mattress. I tuck it in on the ends. I do wish there was still more fabric length on it because it does have to be re-tucked under every morning. I have washed it twice and do not notice any shrinkage. I love the feel of these cotton earthing sheets--feels just like grandma's crisp cotton sheets! Now if they could just make a fitted sheet with elastic that goes around the entire perimeter of the sheet, that would be perfect! Keep making these sheets, we love this product. Update: We originally purchased this sheet because we were at our wits end trying everything natural to lower my husbands cholesterol. Our doctor actually recommended this to us. I had read Clint Obers book about Earthing and thought it wasn't possible and had set it aside as scientifically crazy. But once our doctor said to give this a try, I thought what do we have to lose? So for one year we used this sheet and made absolutely no other changes to our lifestyle. I wanted to see if this thing was a farce. It's not! My husband's cholesterol total has never been below 200. Last year before trying this sheet it was 220. A year later? It's an astounding 170! To add to that, he has high LPa, the widow makers cholesterol that supposedly nothing really helps. It went from 92 down to 62 last year! We're sold on Earthing. It does work. We have the tests to prove it.
