I love this product and what it does for my hair. Will get back to that in a minute. After using it just a few times, the pump on the conditioner broke and had a difficult time getting the product out because it's so thick. I was able to contact the distributor, also in Florida, and they couldn't have been nicer. Said they would send me out a replacement. He did immediately and it even arrived a few days earlier than expected. Great customer service!! Ok now about the product. I love that it doesn't have sulfates or a lot of chemicals and is professional strength. I had to let my hair go natural, salt and pepper, after severe allergic reaction to hair dyes two yrs ago. I use products on my hair and face very organic and natural. Like using coconut oil when styling my hair. I've recently starting adding avocado oil to the shampoo before putting it on my hair. It's helped a lot. My hair is curly, and living in Florida, it could get very frizzy in the summer months. I like to wear it smooth and use a flat iron after drying. The shampoo and conditioner is so moisturizing and would be good for any hair types, but I think especially for us curly gals. I used to get Keratin treatments at the salon a number of years ago, but stopped because of expense and the chemicals. I'm able to get pretty much the same results using this product. Plus these are a large size 16.9 fl.oz each. I will definitely be purchasing more whenever I run out. Try this for your hair. You won't be sorry!!
