Don't do what I did, follow the instructions exactly. I tried to put it up and ignored them, and ended up taking it down and putting it back up the right way to get it to look right. THAT SAID! This is a great product, I recently moved to a new house and my bedroom looks out onto 3 other houses, with everyone having to walk by my window to get to the front door. Needless to say I needed a little more privacy. I got this because of the rainbow effect, and my god I was not disappointed. Not only is it beautiful no matter the time of day, on very sunny days you can see it casts rainbows into the room! (Usually the rainbows are a bit brighter, but it wasn't as sunny today.) If you're looking for some privacy, that's easy to install, and amazingly beautiful, get this window film, you won't be disappointed.
