This product is AMAZING! It deserves 10 stars! I had chronic fatigue, severe anxiety with panic attacks, depression, and weakness due to years of chronic emotional stress and grief. My counselor recommended magnesium, and I wanted to find the best product. After one day my anxiety symptoms lifted (feeling suddenly hot all over, shaky breathing, muscles in knots). After 3 months of use I'm not back to normal, but the changes are nothing short of amazing. This is literally restoring my life. It is an answer to prayer. I can exercise again. The feelings of depression and anxiety are gone and my mood is returning to normal. My digestion, hormones, and energy are all improving. The dentist even noticed an improvement in my teeth! I'm telling everyone that I know about how amazing this is! Most, including myself, hadn't even heard of the benefits. Yes, the taste is bitter but that's a small price to pay for amazing health and vitality. I put it in water and sip it throughout the day. It's not bad that way.
