DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BLACK LEATHER AND BLACK: Virtually none. However, the quilted fabric is LEATHER on the Black Leather and FABRIC (similar to quilted/bubble jackets) on the Black pair. The quilting of the Leather is a bit shiny and the other pair is more matte and understated. I labeled each pair in the pics. The fit is true to size. I usually wear a 9 in boots. I ordered a 9 and tried them on with no-show footies and they were a comfortable snug. I would suggest to order a size up if your feet are wide because I would not be able to wear them with a thick sock. Although I have large 17 inch calfs, they hit just below mid-calf and fit fine. NOTE*** I have on thick sweatpants stuck inside the boot and they weren't tight. They were delivered today; Came in a ziploc plastic bag. I did not find any loose stitches or other imperfections. I will update my review after some wear.
