As the other reviews state, this is an amazing set of glitter gel pens. There are colors included in the set which are simply unique. Most of the pens write smoothly with good ink flow and above average glitter. However, about 15% of the pens were dried out, did not write smoothly (scratchy, uneven flow), or had no glitter. I went on line to find the seller but could not find a website to contact REAEON to return the 15 pens that were dysfunctional. It is a shame that such an extraordinary product should be downgraded for quality control issues as noted. The 85 pens that functioned well would rate a 5 star product review. NOTE ADDED: The Reaeon Company saw my review and immediately contacted me. They offered me a full refund or a completely new set of pens. I can now add that their customer service earns a 5-star ranking. NOTE ADDED 2: I received a full set of 100 pens and 100 refills 48 hours after hearing from Reaeon .The pens write smoothly and the glitter is wonderful. There are colors in the set that I have never seen before (shades of green, blue, violet and red). There is a rare dud in the set. Overall, with customer service included, these pens exceed the best available (MyColorStore/Sakura jellyroll/Color Technick) and get a revised 5 star rating.
