Expensive, but powerful sweetner
The real deal ... not cut with erythritol or other sweetner. Just don't accidentally inhale or lick your finger unless you want a sweet-bomb to your tastebuds. I use this when I need to amp-up the sweetness in a recipe but don't want to add a load of other sweetner since it might change the consistency of the recipe. Great for making keto jello.
