I used prescription suppressors for my herpes for 20 years, but stopped when I decided they were only helping make the virus stronger. I began having multiple outbreaks every couple of weeks after that, worse than anything that I'd had before starting the suppressants, and I decided to suffer it out rather than go back on them. I tried Super L-lysine, which helped a bit, but I still kept breaking out. Desperate not to go back on suppressors, but being driven crazy by the outbreaks for nearly 2 years, I did a web search and found Lauricidin. Since starting Lauricidin 3 months ago, I've had only 2 breakouts. Both occurred during the first 3 weeks of using the Lauricidin, before it had fully worked through my system, and even then, the outbreaks were much milder than what I had been getting. I LOVE this product. I think it is actually curing the herpes. I can eat nuts and chocolate again without spurring an outbreak. Highly, highly recommended
