Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I wrote a brief review earlier and then thought to myself, you know what? If most serious shoppers are like me and research everything to death, then they probably ALSO take seriously the reviews people leave where they aren't just trying to make a product look good. I'm going to tell you all the little things, what i liked, what I didn't, and why i gave it a 5 star review. PACKAGING: First of all, packaging was really cute, very good quality and nicely put together. I appreciate a product where they put some thought into its presentation. LIQUID EYELINER: The liquid eyeliner was...LIQUID!!! Exactly what you want. I've read a lot of reviews from a lot of OTHER brands where people complained about the eyeliner being clumpy. NO. This is super buttery smooth, totally smooth liquid. A+ there. The eyeliner stays shiny even after drying, so if you use a regular liquid eyeliner thats more matte, this is just a heads up there. ALSO!! Think of this liquid eyeliner as the instrument you need for eyelash adhesion. This needs to go where the eyelashes go, thats really it. SO, (pro tip here), if you live for a good cat eye/wing tip look, save the magnetic stuff for whee its needed and just use your regular eyeliner to add on that little bit of pizazz to the ends. The magnetic EYELASHES: The eyelashes looked REALLY nice and natural and soft. A+ of quality. Look, I'm not trying to look like I'm going to the Oscars if I'm just going to work or the grocery store, people. I don't need to get all crazy with it. I was strictly after something that looked more natural, and these delivered. And the 5 magnets are CLUTCH. I did the hairdryer test (ok I needed to dry my hair and thought why not) and those suckers stayed PUT. PUTTING THEM TOGETHER: So I had a little oopsie the first time I put one of the eyelashes on and had to take it off and replace it. When I did that, the eyeliner where the magnet had touched down lifted off my eyelid. I'm blaming this on user error, but something to keep in mind if you're using your magnetic lash like a dart and throwing it at your eyelid kind of like how I did. The second eyelash went much better and I didn't have to readjust it at all. One thing I did discover, however, is that if you do get some of the eyeliner on your real eyelashes, your magnetic lashes might try to stick to them! So don't get all squiggly when you put that liquid eyeliner on, try to be precise with it. OVERALL: They look really beautiful on. There are SOOO many brands out there in such a crazy wide variety of prices; the expensive ones just aren't worth it unless money doesn't mean anything to you. These are really ideal for the average person who wants a really nice, daily pair of lashes and isn't looking to spend an arm and a leg on them. So thats it ladies!! I would highly recommend these. I will be buying these again when my pair bites the dust. And if any one of my friends is searching around, I would honestly recommend these to them as well.
