Worth every penny
Knife out of the box is sharp and took care of my smoked chicken breast like a beast. I was able to get the “shred” by rock chopping and was able to scoop it up with the blade with ease. Still made straight cuts thin and good for sandwiches. My only criticism is the blade is heavy and the grip is nice but does not lend to helping your grip much. But totally happy with the purchase.
