I had treadmills for the last 20 yrs. I jogged at 3.7 on large scale treadmills. Which is different on the goplus, I need to increase to 4.5 to have the same speed. I like it. I took my time to read all instructions before turning it on because of the complains on amazon but really the treadmill was ready to go. It might depend of the seller! Mine was Super buy. It was new. Nicely packed. Delivered in 3 Days. Great experience. When jogging or walking there is a tiny delay with the belt but i got use to it after 5 minutes jog. If it runs smooth like it did for my first 30 min jog. I will be happy.
