This was a huge hit at a kids party. We had ages 2-5. The 2 year olds had no clue what to do but enjoyed playing without the pole. 3 year olds could catch the fish but needed some verbal instructions and reminders of how the pole works. 4-5 year olds had more attention span to catch fish and release by themselves.
