While I was mostly interested in possibly repairing nerve damage from Belles Palsey. But what I've really noticed, almost immediately, was the improvement in mental clarity! Has helped with my anxiety, depression, foggy racing thoughts have "cleared" and my mind has settled, yet much clearer and controlled. I won't spend money on something again unless it has a very positive effect on me. Reordered more last week! Very impressed! Very satisfied. Would never buy another brand! Doesn't get better than Host Defense Lions Mane. Thanks Paul Staments!!! Have been taking for quite some time now and I feel this is the best Lions Mane product out there. Pure Mycelium! The real good stuff! Fruiting bodies don't seem to have the same, or close even, positive effecs of Host Defense Lions Mane capsules! Bought 2 bottles this time. The best I've found yet!!
