I love to alternate this kneeling chair with a regular chair. It really helps alleviate my ghastly tailbone pain. It has tons of padding so if you are overweight, this kneeling chair has you covered! It's also height adjustable with a turning knob that is easy to adjust on the fly. There are also brake coasters so you don't go flying everywhere on a hardwood floor. Not going to lie: Assembly was a little bit of a pain as the instructions are absolutely useless (as they are with most products!) But, we figured it out in about 45 mins. It took some disassembling and reassembling to finally get it in the position it wanted. If you are looking for a kneeling chair, I would not hesitate to get this one!
