First of all I don't understand the negative reviews. Sometimes I think people do not read the directions. This little robot works great. It is quiet and low maintenance. Simply fill the 2 reservoirs with water. I actually use the shark mop vac multi floor solution. It clearly says to wet mop pads before each use. There are 2 different kinds depending on what type of cleaning you are doing. This is obviously not meant to major cleaning. For daily maintenance it is perfect. I always run my robot vacuum first. The battery last about 50 minutes which is enough time to clean 4 of my downstairs rooms. It doesn't leave dirt streaks and does not soak floor. It has several different pattern options to choose from. I like the intensive cleaning. The mop heads rotate to effectively clean any dirt or stuck on grime. It is pretty smart when following patterns and does not bang into furniture. When done cleaning simply rinse and clean mop heads. They even include a silicone brush to help clean the pads. No dirty water bins to empty or clean. Simple Charges quickly . Happy with my purchase.
