I ordered this headset and found that one of the earpieces was not working properly. So I returned the complete headset. Because I liked the sound and quality that came from the working earpiece I decided to give it another shot and ordered one of the same models. When I received the package that was nicely shrink wrapped I was pretty excited to open the box and try out my new headset. Unfortunately, I opened the box to only find a red ribbon Thoroughly disappointed. Definitely will not order this product again. UPDATE... After posting my original review I was contacted by the seller who apologized for the misunderstanding. He even overnighted a newer model of the earpiece at his cost. I received the product and like I stated in my initial post I absolutely love the earpiece. But more than anything I am very pleased with how the seller handled the customer service in this matter. Therefore, I retract my earlier statement as and will be purchasing from this seller again. Thank you for your integrity!!!
