All I can say is wow! This shirt dresses up any old tired pair of slacks or pencil skirt! It can even be worn casual with jeans and boots too! Very flattering in the front with the pleats and waist band allows the pooch to be there without people being able to see it! Great design. The material is very soft not itchy at all, no need to wear a cami underneath just match your bra appropriately (color shirt: beige). Sleeve length is great, it almost seems adjustable because the sleeves can be flufflier or straighter according to your arm length. I am in a size XL typically I wear an XL shirt and it fits perfectly. I am a size 14, 38DDD bra, and I'm about 185 pounds. For any girls needing reference out there. I highly recommend!
