4.5 Stars I've used the Dermablend Cover Creme for years. So I was very excited to try the "Flawless Creator." I have used this product alone, layered alone, and added to an old, whipped, base that came with the absorbent sponge that holds the base and a simple pad applicator. The first thing, I noticed about this product is how thick it is...it is really thick. The directions say to "shake well." This is very important. I would shake the bottle, vigorously -- at least 10 seconds. I could immediately see the difference in consistency. (*ALWAYS Shake Vigorously!) When I used the recommended 1 -2 drops for light coverage the result was the promised "light coverage." Since I am 47, have a few sun spots and aging issues, I prefer a more complete coverage. I tried layering the Dermablend drops and hated the results - it was cakey and made me look older. Definitely Not the look I was going for. Lastly, I tried adding the drops to the sponge of my old foundation.... Presto - it was my own personal abbra-cadabra moment! Full, complete coverage that covers all the imperfections, giving me a flawless foundation upon which to build the rest of "my face." Lightly sweeping Emani Flawless Matte over my face set everything inplace. Almost 12 hours later (after chasing and entertaining my 6 year old granddaughter all day) and all I needed to go out to dinner was some lipstick and a quick sweep of blush on my cheeks. I couldn't believe the foundation not only survived, but actually looked fresh. I love it. I had to experiment a lil with these drops. It took three tries for me to find what worked for me. Now, my daughter has beautiful, young, unblemished 29 year old skin, so the soft, dewy, 1-2 small drops would work great for her and those like her. For those of us a lil older, with Mom aged skin the complete coverage is wonderful. (Yes you can tell I am wearing makeup, by Dang Ladies - it looks good!)
