I was on the edge of my ever-loving coma before I got this thing! I'm more than happy with its arrival. This NIMTO Vibration Plate is the real deal! I love it! The plate is humungous and wide, wider than the vibration machine I used at my physical therapist. I don't really need the bluetooth speaker stuff, but the remote works on the intensity of the plate, too! I am thoroughly impressed. It has non-slip grips, pressure point nubs, and the accessories to use the included resistance cords for arm exercises. It was easy to setup. The accessories are tucked into the undersides of the Styrofoam. My first ten minutes shook my love handles into Full Metal Jello Mode! You can feel it all over. This is a totally wonderful product!
