What a blessing, this age of cyber information! That's how I found out about lysine and decided to give it a try. Ever since I was a young girl, maybe five years old - or younger even, I was plagued with stinkin' cold sores. Now it's sixty-plus years later; and for the first time in my life, instead of being plagued with the herpes outbreaks nine months out of a year, I rarely get a cold sore! This last time I went for a year without an outbreak! I share my experience with others and now they are joyfully free of the constant routine outbreaks as well. When I purchased this particular product, I was simply looking for lysine. It's awesome that there are so many other really good things going on in the product! I don't take it as a daily supplement though. I only take it when I start to get a cold sore. It's super effective.
