I've been using this item for almost a week, and I'm quite impressed with the entire purchase. WHAT I LIKE The glass and end pieces feel weighty and solidly made. I appreciate the design; simple yet elegant. It's something you'd like to show-off. I'm surprised with its durability; I had the glass tumbler inside the neoprene sleeve and accidentally dropped it in a basketball gym and it didn't break! With cut fruit inside and filled with water, it's visually very pleasing. The instructions are well done; very clearly written with accompanying pictures. The instructions for many items I purchase (primarily electronics) are often poorly written; incorrect grammar, wrong words, etc. Being impressed on all counts, I decided their web site must be worth checking out; very nice presentation. Received a nice follow-up email message from the owner, which was a nice touch (don't know if it was really the owner sending it or someone on staff) Worth noting, this items was promptly shipped and arrived unbroken (my wife ordered a glass tumbler before from a different maker and it arrived shattered). WHAT I DON'T LIKE None at this time. I'll update this review if something comes up.
