My wife saw this at Target and passed it up at the time. A week or 2 later she decided she really wanted it, but they were no longer in store or on website in the pink color. A month or so after they showed up here and we ordered. She loves it. She specifically wanted a cup to keep a decent amount of ice water at her desk. She has left it over night and still had a little ice left in the morning. I liked the fact it is very usable as a mug without the lid as well as with. I also like the mechanics of the opening in lid. Sliding the lever pops a sealed spring loaded piece open. ZERO leakage. Within 2 weeks of receiving hers, I ordered the dark blue one for myself! I use it daily for my morning coffee I generally begin at home and finish up later the office. Works well enough for me with hot stuff... winter will be more of a test. Our 2 year old daughter likes to steal sips of the wife's ice water, we are talking about giving her my dark blue one and I'll order the light blue one for myself :) Only negative is something I got use to within a day or 2; because it is sealed so tight and the small opening is also the air hole, the drink flows slower than other travel mugs I've owned. Not enough to not still love it though. UPDATE: Upper handle connection came loose Thanksgiving morning... return window closed 2 weeks prior. I contacted Ello who had me send a picture as proof of purchase, and within 10-12 days I had a new one at my door
