I just received this case today and did a drop test from 5ft while having my phone in this case. The case and my phone stayed intact. It has a built-in screen protector that respond very well to touch on top of that, I have a screen protector already on my phone that I didn't want to take off so I was able to keep my screen protector on the phone and plus put the case on the phone with the built-in screen protector still in place and my phone responds quick and easy to my touch. With that being said, I only charge my phone wirelessly and I noticed when I had my OtterBox case on my phone (which was a waste of money) the Samsung charging pad flashed and didn't not charge my phone. With this case on my phone and sitting my phone on the charging pad l, it works fine without me having to constantly pick up my phone and reposition it again and again on the charging pad. I ordered this case on Saturday and today is Monday I received it fast and I highly recommend this case over the outerbox case.
