Horrible tasting product (grape) but it works! I'm 5 11 with a 200lb muscular build. I smoke at least once a day (typically before bed) and have been doing such for years. I am typically self employed but occasionally when things get slow I will get a job and often times that means a drug test. So far I have used this product 3 times and each time I have passed. I stop smoking as soon as I find out their is a drug test, which has ranged from 1 week down to just 3 days. here is how I use the product: Within 5 hours of the test, I will drink this whole bottle within 30 minutes (its awful). Then, I fill the bottle up with water and drink that within an hour, and then fill with water again and drink that within another hour. I will pee at least 3 times and then go take my test. Works like a charm!
