PROS: I love it when it squeezes and holds on to my calves. My daughter has stopped asking everyday to rub her sore calves because she just sits with this all the time! Great for athletic people and runners. CONS: Doesn't get my feet as much as I'd like, but I also have a foot only one that I can use. It aggravated my ankle that I sprained over a year ago for some reason so be careful if you've had ankle injuries in the past. CUSTOMER SERVICE: My first one had a knocking noise on the left side. After reading similar reviews, I knew this was a default. I contacted the manufacturer who responded once to acknowledge it was a faulty product, and then never again. They said they don't make them anymore, and then just didn't get back to me again. For this reason, I will never buy from Human Touch in the future. HOWEVER, Amazon then responded, sent me a new one, and allowed a free return all within a week! I adore Amazon customer service, and that is why I trust to buy things from this website so much.
