Update: customer service reached out and was very kind! They replaced my sheets! So for the price, quality and customer service it’s an easy 5 stars! I am torn with my review because the quality of the sheets seems very high. They are quite cozy but when unpackaging them, it seems something was written in sharpie on the flat sheet. If I wasn’t desperate for them I would have returned them for some that weren’t marked up but they were needed and I could wash them. I’ll just have to figure out a way to remove the sharpie
