I'm not a chef, just a guy who likes to cook. I have had many cutting boards as you can think of (bamboo, plastic, glass), all of it either ended up breaking or stains or lots of scratches... This product is the one I've found to be the best - 3 different sizes are very handy (Here's how I use: bigger for meats, medium for vegetables/fruits and the smaller for condiments prep. Being using this practically everyday since purchase - no stain - easily to clean - no scratches.
