I have been taking this Shilajit for several weeks now. I got it after I was hospitalized with four small bleeding ulcers and lost a lot of blood and my anemia was at an all time low. I'm happy to say my hemoglobin levels are almost back to normal and my anemia is a lot better. It has really helped me with my energy levels as well! I am a Disabled Veteran and suffer from chronic pain and inflammation. This Shilajit seems to be helping with my fatigue I get a lot when dealing with flare ups of my pain. This is my very first jar of Shilajit and I was very concerned about it's possible impurities. I contacted the company and they responded immediately along with a Russian copy of a purity report. They also said they were going to send some to a U.S. lab for testing as well. That made feel much more at ease. As far as taking it it's pretty easy. I keep it in the fridge so it stays very thick and sticky. I take a toothpick and dole up about a small pea size and scrape it off the toothpick with my teeth and chase with water. I'm very happy with the results I am getting and the customer service I received. I will be purchasing all my Shilajit from Siberian Treasure.
