Great price . Nice unit. The anchor kit comes with the System , so don't buy an extra one like I did by accident . If you are a do it yourselfer, get thicker rebar for your hole. Also go ahead and rent yourself a sheetrock lift to install it. That worked well for me to get it installed , not on a windy day though. I notice a high installation price, guess that's why people are broke these days. 1. Get your kids to dig hole and mix cement. = Free 2. Rent the lift for 4 hrs. = 25 bucks. 3. Have a friend help lift it and tighten bolts = six pack of cold ones. DONE.
