These are SO comfortable & my feet no longer are sweltering. I wear a size 8 so the 8.5 is a little generous but I expected that. They slip on and off easily yet the elasticity of the laces (which you don't have to tie) keep the shoe from slipping. I wore these for an all-day event and they were exactly what I wanted--I didn't want to think about my feet and I didn't. The light blue is exactly as shown on the site. I loved these so much that I have a light grey pair arriving today. And I've rec'd compliments on these shoes as well.
