I purchased this umbrella a little less than 2 years ago and it has been a perfect companion in the rain and never turned inside out in the wind. However, for some reason a rib broke last week - and I remembered that it has a lifetime warranty, I contacted customer service via email, and quickly received a reply that a replacement would be on its way to me. And it's due to arrive today, less than 4 days since I contacted customer service!
