I began consuming these noodles a couple of years ago while on deployment in Afghanistan. They are on the spicy side so if you have a delicate palate, you may find these a bit too hot. They make for a delicious, quick meal when you are in a hurry. I add frozen veggies to convince myself that there is some sort of nutritional value going on here. But, ultimately I don't really care too much because they taste SO GOOD! If you are a Ramen consumer, give these a try. You won't be dissatisfied. Unless you are, in which case we could never be friends.
