I've been using the quick release Tylenol for many years and at the beginning of this outbreak it was not available so I tried the Tylenol 8 Hour Arthritis Pain Tablets with Acetaminophen for Joint Pain, and I have come to prefer this product because it seems to work better over an extended period of time. I usually take this before going to bed and have not woken up during the night from leg pain since I've been using this.
