Our biggest concern was that it sticks to filberglass. We still have the 1 piece tub/shower unit that is made of fiberglass. Not may of these handles mention using on fiberglass... so we went thru the reviews to find the few users. Thanks to them, we got good handles. I check them every time my wife takes a shower to make sure they are secure. She had heart surgery and is recovering, but needs the grab handles for in & out confidence. I take them off every time I clean the tub/shower, and clean the suction cups. They get re-attached to the clean dry walls and she's back to taking showers with confidence.
