If you have lower back/hip pain, this pillow is meant for you! I use mine mainly in the car, and it helps so much with the long car rides. The way it positions you keeps your back at a nice curve, and keeps your legs slanting down so that your weight is more evenly distributed. I get "jump" out of the car now, instead of pulling myself out, shaking my legs to wake them up, etc... Definitely recommend this product!
