I like that the mask are individually packaged. The straps that hold the mask are not thick elastic which makes the mask comfortable to wear. I had questions about NIOSH approved and the N95 mask. (You can also check the CDC website for companies that are NIOSH approved. This company was on the approved list for the N95 mask) I contacted the company and my call was promptly returned. All of my questions were answered and a video was sent to me to show the proper way of putting on the mask. I appreciate the time that Will took to answer all of my questions. Very professional and personable. I will be ordering more N95 mask from this company.
