I purchased this as a gift for my mother. To preface this review - my mother is one of the most particular women I have ever met in my life, ESPECIALLY when it comes to massage therapy, massage products, etc. If you're picturing a "Get the manager" Karen, you'd be correct except for the name. My mom has serious neck and back issues due to injuries she has sustained in the past. Her neck injuries were so traumatizing she was unable to turn her head for years. She still gets terrible migraines and has a difficult time driving long distances because of the position of her neck while driving, but her 90 yr old father lives a few hours away so she makes the drive despite the pain. I purchased this neck massager as a Mother's Day gift hoping it would be something she could use in the car on those drives. When she opened the gift she smiled, but her response was "Thanks...but I have a neck massager. They never work." I told her maybe this one would be different and to give it a try, if it didn't work I had the gift receipt and she could return it. I honestly expected her to return it ... Surprise! She loves it! She said it helps more than any other automated massager she's ever used. If an item can impress my mom, I know it's worth having. So I'll be buying one for myself as well!
