Short Take: makes thick fluffy great tasting pancakes, 3-4 per person 10-12 real world servings. Costs 33% more for the long term storage ability. Typical suburban family, 3 daughters (21, 19, 16) and my wife and I. The ladies in my house generally disappear when I pull out any of my long term storage/prepper food stuffs - it is impressive how they can roll there eyes while accelerating to a dead sprint away from the kitchen. Until now: even my wife who was mad I opened a can when she had a already opened bag of pancake mix reluctantly agreed it was better then Krusteaz Buttermilk that she religiously used before. My daughters liked it so much they made pancakes 3 days in a row and they normally never eat breakfast.
