My boyfriend and I gave each other a back massage and it works so much better than giving them by hand. It’s much easier on the massagers hands/wrists, and it feels much better for the one receiving the massage. The speed is adjustable and you can also press down more or less while using it, whichever is preferred. We love the foam ball and the flat round attachments! Overall, best massage we’ve had in a long time! I should also add that my boyfriend took a great nap after his massage! I absolutely recommend this massage gun, it’s 100% worth the money!
