These are surprisingly effective. I've had issues recently with pain in my heels and ankles. These are fantastic and comfortable to be worn all day. Keep things warm and pain free, have really helped with flexibility, too. The material or fabric (?) is nice and thick, unlike the other product I ordered, which was a fasciitis compression sock and shorter. Highly recommend these for anyone suffering.
