Update to my review. THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING...not only is the product a great quality functioning pillow, their customer service is phenomenal. My only issue was a factory issue and they immediately upon reading my review made the correction and fixed my purchase. If your looking for a wedge pillow for any reason LOOK NO FURTHER. I purchased this pillow post a microdiscectomy surgery in my lower back. The Dr said I would be down for at least 2 weeks and since I am a big guy ( 6 ft 2 and 240 lbs) I needed a big pillow to help with being in bed. This pillow was perfect. The height, the weight, the firmness, and the versatility allowed me to sleep flat on my back with the pillow under my legs and be able to move it and brace my legs on it so I could adjust. My only problem was what appeared to be a black mold stain of some sort and the lack of response from the company or Amazon to send me a new one in place of this or charge me a reduced price for it being damaged.
