What I use this for will probably leave people laughing: spraying rooster combs and wattles with coconut oil. When it gets really cold, my poor boys can suffer frostbite. I tried using a conventional can of coconut spray and dropped it and broke the top off it- yeah, a waste. So I ordered this because it's refillable. Only caveat is you have to keep the oil warm or it doesn't spray very well (or at all) so I shove it down my shirt when I leave for the barn and it stays warm enough. Have only had it a couple weeks and have put a few dents in it from it being dropped or knocked out of my hand by and angry flailing rooster. Overall I think it was a good investment. Sadly, it's been a very brutal winter and even with extra care, some of the boys got frostbite.
