Get rid of your single use mandolins and spiralizer! I love this device. It truly has put some products I have that are single use to shame. It can be used for veggies, cheese and even meat. It doesn't take much space up at all. I love that not only does it come with finger guards to keep your fingers safe from the blades but it also includes and safety glove for added protection. The blades are super sharp so these added items are great. The blades slice veggies so effortlessly that I use this product more often than my knives.
