I was extremely nervous about buying this phone because of all of the negative reviews, but I was proven wrong I got a phone that looked and worked like new, especially on iOS 9.2.1. The phone came dead which made me a little nervous, but once it was charged it worked like a charm. Got here one day sooner than expected, and it was packaged really nicely. No scratches. I am extremely pleased with the product, would give 10 stars if I could. I might have just gotten lucky, who knows.
